This leaves us with platelet rich plasma, which is super-concentrated and has healing properties. PRP and natural fillers are then loaded up into a short, fine needle. Injections are then made in the parts of the penis that are most important to sexual arousal and erectile function. A local anesthetic is applied before the injections are made to ensure that procedure is pain-free.
