I had very good experience at Mr. Sender’s office. Ladies at the front desk were super polite and greeted me with sincere smile. (Which is sadly rare in California). All the staff members were very polite and professional, Mr. Sender was also very professional, warm and friendly. No any kind of negativity so far. I will have couple more visit, i will update if anything changes.

I was rushed to an emergency room with excruciating pain and very quickly it was discovered I had a large kidney stone in my left kidney accompanied by a severe kidney infection. My doctor arranged for me to see Dr. Sender upon leaving the hospital. I met Dr. Sender and his wonderful staff and he arranged a procedure called 'lithotripsy' that breaks up large kidney stones so they can pass. Sometimes, I learned, it has to done more than once with very large stones such as mine. My case was not a exception because there were two small fragments remaining that had to be treated in this manner again. The second lithotripsy was successfully accomplished and I'm now feeling great. My hearty compliments and deep appreciation to Dr. Sender and his spectacular staff! Thank you very, very much!

After a bad experience with my last urologist, I was really hoping to find a good doctor. From the moment I walked in, the reception was friendly, and the nurse who checked me in was very nice. Although the office was busy, I was given the option to see Dr. Sender’s Nurse Practitioner instead. Since it was my first visit and I had a concerning issue, I decided to wait for Dr. Sender.I was a bit apprehensive after being asked, wondering if I might be rushed through the appointment. However, I needn’t have worried. Dr. Sender was very kind and took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the next steps thoroughly. I never felt rushed, and I feel confident that I’m in good hands. Everyone I interacted with in the office was professional and kind. So far, so good.

One always second guesses themselves when making decisions on a medical professional. my decision to use Dr. Sender for my kidney stone treatment was one of the better ones I've ever made.From my initial appointment where he conducted multiple tests to analyze my specific kidney stone issue, right through to the removal of my stent two weeks after surgery, the entire process made me feel secure and well taken care of.Yes, he is very busy and there may be waiting time involved, but it is well worth it! But people choose Dr. Sender for a reason: he's damn good.

I wish I could give 10 stars. i needed kidney stone treatment, and Dr. Sender examined and analyzed my situation. We scheduled lithotripsy and a stent, and a week later removed the stent. I have total trust and confidence in Dr. Sender.

Dr Sender is the best urologist I've ever had. I've had several because I have had kidney stones since 1993. Before him I had a doctor that every time I needed surgery he did what I call, roto-rootered me till I felt almost Dead! Dr Sender does reasonable surgery to obliterate the stones with a laser and I wake up very good and I will keep on going to him until I don't make stones anymore! He is that good!!

I had a bi lateral procedure done and I am happy with the staff and Dr Sender. It is going on 4 months now and I feel great. I am very physically active and this has allowed me to return to my mountain bike without restrictions. Male 60, I recommend Dr Sender.
